Rather "in-yer-face" poster found somewhere healthy, of the ironic degradation of a once fine and honor-seeking President of the USA.  Clearly, the President of the USA has not been the Supreme Commander that nation's administration advertizes him/them as, for a long time more than the current President Barack Obama has been in office?  I think the appropriate term for the US administration is, "OUT-OF-CONTROL!"
